Shipping:

All orders will be shipped as soon as the garment is completed to order. We utilize UPS for most of our orders but reserve the right to use any major package carrier. (e.g. If the shipping address is a P.O.Box we will use USPS).  Some items such as paddles,  that may require special packaging and handling may incur additional charges. We will contact you prior to making any adjustments to your order. The shipping charge shown on your order is linking directly to UPS�s website is used for estimating the shipping charge.

The estimate shipping time shown on the item is the time to make and ship the order. You should account for the actual delivery time which will depend on your option. We try to get all orders out as soon as possible, however certain times of the year will have more items in queue.

Returns:

A return or exchange will be allowed only with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) provided by one of our representatives. Exchanges will be approved at our discretion. If an item is being returned for a manufacturing defect, we will allow a full refund. Items must be returned within 1 week of receipt.
